KALEIDOSCOPE NFT GALLERY AND DIGITAL MUSEUM USAGE POLICY
1. Introduction

This digital platform was developed as part of the Erasmus+ KA152-YOU youth exchange project Kaleidoscope and is designed as an inclusive digital space where young people can express their digital creativity, share their artistic perspectives, and interact with peers from different cultural backgrounds. This platform enables participants to showcase their own digital artworks by converting them into NFT (Non-Fungible Token) format, thus allowing young people to both familiarize themselves with digital technologies and gain experience in expressing their cultural narratives in a contemporary format. The platform's primary function is to enable young people to express themselves through digital art production, enhance their social and cultural awareness, and establish cross-cultural connections with peers from different countries. This usage policy has been prepared to ensure that all users can use this creative and inclusive space in a safe, respectful, and positive manner. Throughout the project, participants will not only experience individual artistic development but also a learning journey based on European values, respect, participation, and digital competencies.

2. User Types and Access Rights

a. Participants
- Have the right to upload, edit, and delete NFTs.
- Can view and respond to comments on their own works.
- Can comment on other works and leave likes.
b. Visitors
- Can view all NFTs on the platform.
- Can comment on and like works.
- Can explore works without having to create an account.
c. Administrators
- Can view, approve, or delete all NFTs and comments.
- Can intervene in reported content.
- Can monitor statistics and user interactions.

3. Content Rules

Users must comply with the following rules:
- Original content must be uploaded. Unauthorized sharing of other people's work is prohibited.
- NFT descriptions and titles must be respectful of cultural values and diversity.
- Shared content must be consistent with the principles of the Erasmus+ program; it
must not contain expressions of discrimination, hate speech, violence, sexism, or racism.
- Participants are encouraged to reflect their own cultures or international perspectives in creative ways in their artworks.

4. Comment and Interaction Rules

• All users must make constructive, respectful, and supportive comments.
• Comments:
-Cannot contain profanity, insults, or derogatory remarks.
-Must not contain personal information.
-Cannot contain spam, advertisements, or external links.
• Inappropriate comments will be blocked by the automatic filter system or removed with the approval of the administrator.

5. Security and Data Usage

- NFT links shared on the platform are used for display purposes only.
- User information (name, country, artwork title, etc.) is not shared with third parties except for the promotion of the Erasmus+ project and the digital exhibition archive.
- In cases where an account must be created on the platform, user data is stored securely and GDPR compliance is ensured.
6. Copyright and Disclaimer

- Participants declare that they own the copyright to all NFT content they upload.
- The platform is not responsible for the accuracy and originality of content uploaded by users; however, it will conduct the necessary investigations upon complaint.
- The project team reserves the right to remove NFTs or comments when deemed necessary.

7. Closing or Archiving the Platform

- After the project is completed, the digital museum platform can remain accessible online or be archived and presented in an e-book format.
- All content can be used for educational and cultural purposes as project output.

8. Right to Change

The Kaleidoscope project team reserves the right to update this usage policy in accordance with Erasmus+ rules and technical requirements.
Users will be notified of any changes and their approval will be obtained.

1. Data Controller

This platform operates in accordance with the objectives of the Kaleidoscope project, developed under the leadership of Manisa Celal Bayar University. Personal data is processed by project coordinators in accordance with the KVKK and GDPR.

2. What Data Is Processed?

The following personal data may be collected and processed while participants and visitors use the platform:
- First and last name (nicknames may be accepted upon request)
- Country and city information

- Description related to the NFT and artist statement
- NFT link (URL)
- Comments and likes made by the user
- Visit history and interaction records (for technical analysis)

3. What are the data processed for?

The personal data collected will be used for the following purposes only:
- Management and display of digital museum content
- Displaying participants' NFTs with the artist's name
- Operation of comment and interaction areas
- Creation of platform statistics
- Preparation of Erasmus+ project outputs (digital archive, e-book, etc.)

4. Data Retention Period

Personal data will only be stored for the duration of the Kaleidoscope project and for as long as necessary to ensure the sustainability of the project outputs. Once the project has ended, archived data may only be used for academic and educational purposes.

5. Access to Data and Rights

User rights under the KVKK and GDPR are as follows:
- Learning whether personal data is being processed
- Requesting access to data
- Requesting the correction of incorrect or incomplete data
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of processed data
- Learning the purpose for which data is being used
- Obtaining information about the sharing of relevant data with third parties
- Withdrawing consent given through the platform

6. Consent and Terms of Use

Every user who uploads NFTs to the platform or performs actions such as commenting/liking is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the terms specified in this disclosure statement.
